Slowing down, the way recovery was always meant to feel

I'm Devorah Miretsky, a certified birth and postpartum doula specializing in pre- and postnatal care rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Labor, birth, postpartum, and all the in-between can be new and different at best and challenging for most. I'm here to support you every step of the way — giving you the confidence, insight, and guidance you need, from prenatal care and labor prep to breastfeeding support and postpartum nutrition.

Supporting women through every stage of motherhood is my greatest honor. I'm passionate about being intentional and slowing down during the postpartum period — a concept lost over time, but well known in TCM to be the most imperative and restorative part of recovery after birth.
